Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

Workmans comp wont pay

Since november of '05 workmans comp stopped paying, I hurt my shoulder at work they delayed treatment again and again. I ended up needing a stent put in my heart, now my cardiologist wont let me have shoulder surgery till August. Now what will happen with workers comp?? I am about too lose every thing my house and everything in it. please respond
