Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

I was on workmens comp since feb. 2014. since i am a p.a. in home health care worker, they stopped my case due to the new law in june ( harris v. quinn). Do they have the right to stop payments and medical help? I was on workmens comp. before the law went into effect
