power of writ court
x'appointed y' illegally, and deprived z' from the job,z'u/art226 of the constitution of india filed writ petiton,the petitoner gets the relief therefore y'looses the job. What remedy wil y'get in altrnative prayer he did not ask for compensation from x.Can the writ court grant him compensation suo moto.

since there is no fault from the part of Y & He has serverd X as such,h e can claim damages/compensation against X,but not in writ petition filed by Z but he can file a separate suit in this regard against X.
