Legal Question in Banking Law in India

my brother is dead for last 4 yrs. He might have taken some personal loan from CITI finance about which I am not aware. Now from mumbai CITI finance I receiving threatening calls. They are calling me at any time and harassing me during my office hours.

I already has mail to CITI banks customer care ID a month back. But have not received any response.

Can you please suggest me how to handle this situation?

As far as possible I don't want to go to police.

If u don't want to go to Police, you can complain to Banking Ombudsman

you may contact a lawyer and he would send a legal notice to the bank and its subsidiaries...and even after that they do not stop threatening you, you may file a criminal complaint.
