Dear Sir / Madam,

Please stop payment of the cheque and immediately lodge a criminal complaint with the Jasoda Nagar, Vatva Police Station in Amdavad on the opponents, for having hurt you and caused injury to you in person. Also politely request the opponents to return back the machine part you supplied them, only after receipt of which, you might consider refunding their monies after deducting all administrative costs, if the machine part is in the same working condition as it was when you had originally supplied it to the opponents. If not, there is no question of refunding any monies to the opponents.
