Legal Question in Banking Law in India

i have taken some personal loan and credit card in dubai, but i lost my job in recession and came back with the interest the amount reaches the figure of 60000 dhs.iam job less know and planed to go to qatar to start a new innings but here the recovery people are calling me and threating me that they will take a legal action against me and they are telling that they will put a travel ban on my passport, iam help less now kindly guide me will i get any problem at indian or qatar immegration.plz help me out.

agency people cannot ban your travel and it is only the court that can do so. unless there is a court case pending, you need not be afraid of. just make sure that these recovery people do not trouble you in qatar as the dubai bank may be having a branch there.

It is difficult to tell you anything as you use the card in Dubai and agency people from Dubai are calling you and threatening you. Whatever crime you have committed in Dubai ,Indian laws cannot protect you. It is for them to take action against you either in Dubai or Qatar. I would be advisable to pay the amount then to face the music in another country and its laws.
