We received chq. from customer & we delever the goods & we deposit the cheque but affter received the goods customer has done stop payment pls. tell what we can do in this sitiuvation?

this is a clear case of dishonor of cheque, which is a criminal offence. First step should be to send legal notice, then approach court u/s138 of NI Act.

Send a legal notice within 30 days of chq. return demanding the money in 15 days and if he does not pay up in the 15 day period , you have 30 days to approach court u/s 138 NIA.

this is a case under section 138 NI Act, firstly got isue Legal notice through advocate with in 30 days and then file complaint againt him after 15 days from the date of legal notice if he does not pay cheque amount with in the statutoty period of 15 days
