Legal Question in Business Law in India

1.a firm was started with 2 members,with some machinary and some land

2.later another two members joined in the firm,by giving adjacent land and some

money .this was a unregistered firm till now.

3. now the main four members died ,leaving the hieres.

4. the hieres of first two members want to run the firm as is by their fathers

5. the last two members want to dissolve the firm/or they want to take the land

from the firm and to sell.

6. is there any legal right and way to stop the firm dissolved.

7. can the second members hieres take the land given to the firm ?

8. pls give a solution for not dissolving the firm.

9. is there and way to stop the second members hierer not to take land from the

firm.

Unregistered firm can sue and be sued legally. So all the partners are to sue and be sued when they are died their legal heirs are to be sue and sued. As yours is complicated mutual negotiation with legal help is required in this area.
