Re: bills

Hallo Friend

Thanks for trusting us. This is very useful site for usage in India. The well qualified attorneys are here to explain each and every usage to you.

A bill for sale is normally binding and once it is issued then it should be obeyed by the parties. However there are numbers of exceptions where a bill can be replaced, amended or changed. What you require to explain the circumstances or the errors due to which you want to change the bill. There is no law in India which imposes a restriction on such change of bill. The law of contract also permit you to make such amendments or change.

good luck.
