Legal Question in Business Law in India
I book a flat in uttam nagar area by giving 10% amount as bayana. We made a agreement for this & mentioned that the advance money will be returned by builder if loan is not sanctioned. My question is that will I get my amount, if not what will be the legal procedure?

yes you will be refunded the bayana otherwise you can take legal action.
