For admission of partner, a new reconstituted partnership deed has to be made, inducting new person as partner. And then the deed has to be registered, before the registrar of partnership.

Induction has to be in consonence with the partnership deed, and with the consent of all the partners

thereafter a new reconstituted partnership deed has to be made, inducting new person as partner. And then the deed has to be registered, before the registrar of partnership.
