I am a resident on India. I am about to launch 2 websites. One will have realtors information of US I gathered from yahoo and I will put it on my website without their permission coz im not able to contact them. So is there anything I need to do before I put there information or is it wrong? coz they will also get benefit out of it. Second, I am putting information of brand on a website without their knowledge, its a bike, royal enfield, if u knw?? I am making this website for people so that they can share their views on that bike. The content will be original and even the design too..so wat legal procedure i have to follow. The company is in india. I am totally new so dontknow what to do ...and wat is copyright and disclaimer part of website??? u can tell me where i can find this information on ur website.tht vl also do...thanks.

Well!!! it may not be correct to produce information from other website to your website without their permissions. Hence, we suggest you to obtain their permissions prior to doing the same.

Its a great idea at the outset but initially try to read the terms and rules of the yahoo website,the only issue arises in your case seems to be an infringement of the details in regard with Enfield as the company is existing and you never tried to contact them for the reproduction of the details.Both of your cases may lead ti infringement of copyrights as you are trying to reproduce them but still if it is for your own knowledge and benefit then it does not come under reproduction go to www.Copyright-India.com

as per the information given by you there is no problem in placing that content however for your benefit you can contact enfield for some sponsorship and cosent for putting information about their product. i dont think they will deny u the information.

i dont see any illegality in all that
