Legal Question in Business Law in India

Thanks Mr.Arya.

As we are replying with the obejection on the jurisdiction of the arbitrator to the matter by appearing.

Are we bound to deposit the arbitrator fee as per explained in his application?

So on objection for his jurisdiction to the matter..............who will decide?

under section 16 of the arbitration & conciliation act 1996, the arbitrator has to decide on his own jurisdiction.

Payment of his fee, certainly, will have to be made before you file objection. If you succeed he may award the same in your favour as cost payable by other party
