Legal Question in Business Law in India
sir,
we have a ice making latest technology plant, in the process of making ice, we fill the purified chilled water in 20 liter Jar and supplying in local market.
we have approached to Bureau Indian Standards for Trade mark but,they have told no ISI certification for ice blocks and for purified water filled in container. they have ISI certification for sealed water bottle.
Govt Authorities are making mounting pressure on us to take the ISI mark otherwise they will seal the ice plant.
we have again approached the BIS office to give in writing that they can't give ISI certification but in vain.
BIS is not giving in writing and govt authority were mounting pressure to obtain the trade mark. or any other option is there other then ISI certification
