Can I withdraw my name from the partnership deed?
Dear Sir,
Tell whether I can withdraw my name from the companies partnership deed and ask for my share in all the properties purchased? If one partner is leaving the company, whether the company can still exsit in same name? please do tell me....

ya company director may leave or join ..company continues...
partnership is broken when somebody leaves or joins

Yes you can retire from the partnership with your share generally. But it all depends upon your partnership deed.
