Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I have sent a notice through my lawyer on my Mother & Sister for cheating me. After my father's death we all (mother & 3 chhildren) received a family pension till our marriage, but my mother and sister (younger) signed my signature & taken the ammount from the Indian Bank, and also they are not ready to give any property for me.

So, i sent a notice aganist them, i also received a notice from their lawyer stating that they have not cheated the bank & me and all the property was owned by my mother.

So, my advocate adviced to sent a 2nd notice to my mother & sister. We too agreed & paid the notice fees to the lawyer. Suddenly we dont know what happened to our lawyer, he is not showing interest on our case. We asked him to prepare the 2nd notice before 2weeks, still he has not sent the notice aganist them. Whenever we call him, he says some reasons and avoid us. He is just dragging to send the 2nd notice, if we compel him, he says he will return all the document and will not help us.

We dont know what should we do? Can you pls suggest us, what shd i do future to move the case. Please help me.

If your signatures have been forged and money withdrawn in your name; you may consider making a written complaint to the local police.

If your signatures have been forged in any way you may lodge a written complaint to the local police explaining all the facts whereas send a detailed letter / legal notice through lawyer to bank also . before that, you please verify you are eligible to get family pension. If the former advocate is not willing to send the same , why you should you depend only on him? search for some other reliable advocate
