sir iam a divorcee and got married to another person but marriage was not regisrered and nowdays he is avoiding me what can i do before law

Registration of marriage is not mandatory. If you have proof of marriage, you may be entitled to all other reliefs as are available to a married woman, including maintenance and protection under domestic violence laws.
