salary refused

i am working as manager in an orgn. since i am not satisfied by the award of increment, i refused the salary for the month of april. till talks going on. what is the implication if an employee refused the salary / if the employer is not giving the salary?

If after settlement(talks) the salary stucture is changed as per your wish than you can accept the salary but presently from the facts it seems you have refused the salary so it is upto you what you want.If employer refuses salary than only it can be a legal issue.

If you refuse the salary then decision is yours and if the employer refuses your figure salary then it can be a legal issue.
