Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I had booked a flat with Devi Builders in pune .by patying Rs.1.00 lakh and entered a sale deed on paying stamp dutyand got registered. Builder a n.oc. for bank loan in favour of syndicate bank which refused I again asked a n.o.c in favour of bank of maharashtra which he frefused instead he said he has canelled the booking and alloted some other person can he do this please help

Please check if it is sale deed or agreement to sell which is registered. If it is sale deed executed and registered the builder cannot cancel the booking. you may file a case with consumer court but you have to be ready and willing to pay the balance payment
