Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I have been cheated by Country Vacations( JUst like Club Mahindra),, Kandivali, they have taken rs 35000/- from me for 5 years holidays in ugust 2009, they never gave me booking in their properties, and now they are saying they received only rs 25000/- from me although I have all the receipts.
Please suggest what action should be taken. Will lodging complaint to consumer court help ,Please provide address of same.

send them legal notice

and after that file a consumer complaint or u can file a suit for fraud and forgery

first issue legal notice thru a lawyer and then if required file consumer complaint.
