if the financer of motor vrhicle has appointed arbitrator can i seek relief before district consumer forum ?

appointment of arbitrator is not under the perview of district consumer court.
challange it in high court.

Your remedy will depend upon the documents you have executed with the financier. If you had agreed for arbitration, you may be required to join the arbitration proceedings.

Involvement of arbitrator is out of purview of Consumer Court. Your remedy is subject to the contract with the financer.
