Hike in society maintenance charges
The builder is proposing to hike society maintenance charges even without providing the basic amenities as promised at the time of purchase of flat.
How can I take legal action against the builder?
Can you suggest me any favourable caselaws, circulars, notifications etc which may be of help.
The society is yet to be formed. I reside in Pune, Maharashtra.
