possession before occupancy certificate
i have recently being called by builder to take the possesion of flat situated at Kharghar Navi Mumbai. he is giving us possession before getting occupation certificate of CIDCO and he says that your have to start paying maintaince from date of possesion and he is asking us to giv full payment without which he will not give possession we requie to shift in our house as early as possible what i should do? he has already delayed the possesion by year kindly help as early as possisble

go to registry of ur area and check the authenticity of the flat u are going to purchase and the area

check whether the owner/builder is the actual owner or not and whether he is authorise or not etc.

u can engage any lawyer too for verification

Don't pay until you get the occupancy certificate or check the legality with the muncipality and concerned authorities

I strongly advice you not to pay without the occupancy certificate.
