Legal Question in Consumer Law in
Respected Sir i have finalized the 1bhk in virar i.e. of area 520sq.ft. cost 10.65lacks.flat is resale but building is under construction.i have given token to owner 25,000/ now builder is refused for NOC saying that the Area is not 520 it is 545 Sq.ft. and he made mistake in measurement now he asking for extra money 50,000/
agereement is done for 520 sq.ft ,i dont want to lose the home what should i do sir,please suggest me ?

you may approach the seller and rectify the mistake by mentioning 545 sq ft and get it countersigned by the seller.
