Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I want to start new MLM Company. But I�m not going to manufacture any product. Instead of i want to sell other brand products whatever available in supermarket (include food & nonfood items). If i want to sell these products is there any rules & law for this or any agreement is required to that manufacture. Please confirm. Example products: Lux soap, sunflower oil, sunsilk shampoo, Annapurna aata , Britannia biscuit etc. ( Location is Tamil Nadu )
