agar police FIR daraj na kre to seedha High court bhi ja sakte hain kya ? trial court me kai logo ki 156/3 maine 2 do saal tak hearing pe dekhi hai or kuch order nahin huve haar ke complainant ne case vaapas le liya

If police personnel does not write FIR in police station then you can go to Superintendent of Police to make an application and may lodge FIR there itself.
