Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dishonouring of Cheques

Some one asks to lend money from me so I gave some account payee cheques to him. How can I get rid of the problem without taking back the cheques and without giving money to him. Specifically, how can I save myself from dishonouring of cheque as per provisions of N.I. Act.

Re: Dishonouring of Cheques

Why would you lend money to some one just like that? If you had really lent money, why would your borrower initiate action against you?

To get proper advice, one need to come with complete and true facts.
