A person has registered his name as voter in two different constituencies .What is the punishment for submission of wrong information .? What is procdure to convict him?

it depends upon and what exactly is proved in trial however sever punsihment upto 7 years regorous Imprisonment can be posible

You may intimate the Election Officer and the rest of the procedure will be carried by the adminstration.
