does presentation of a chq in 6months validity makes it valid for next six months.

also ina chq is presented in six months for the first time and bounces but no action is initiated .

then it is again presented but then after the validity of 6 months, bounces, can notice be served under sec138

in case the cheque was present after six months from the date it was issued, the action u/s 138 cannot be initiated but if it it was present with six months even if for second or third time, notice can be sent.
