Is sending dirty text message illegal in india?especially if you are sending it to your boyfriend or girlfriend above the age of 18 years?

It falls under private conversation.

But in certain circumstances (culture, religion, etc.) and if the recipient feels intimidated, it can be illegal.

In Europe and England it is not a problem if it is sent to a boyfriend/girlfriend/fiancée/husband/wife.
