In India, referring to the Dowry Prohibition Act, Section 4, Demanding for Dowry - Is this section bailable or non-bailable, compoundable or non-compoundable and cognizable or non-cognizable?

Note: I am not married yet, being falsely trapped under this act for refusing to marry after getting to know about her illness.
