i applied for divorce in 2004 and still in court, iam in live in relationship. my daughter is getting married, can my lady perform rituals (kanyadan) of my daughter in wedding ceremony

in case your daughter is staying with the lady and not with the mother, she may do so.

ANYWAY as far as I know, Kanyadaan can be done by her as she is having the status of mother, even if it is not legally established. This is the question of Hindu Rituals and Hindu relationships are governed by Hindu Mythology and other religious books.

For your satisfaction its better to ask your Pandit for this. I dont think that there is any problem in it.

With due respect, I disagreeto the opinion of Sh Rajiv Gupta Advocate. I dont think that staying with each other is required for Kanyadaan.
