we did court marriage before 16 months we havent stayed together, before 3 months she have applied divorce petition under family pressure, our next hiring is on november, she wants to stay with me, if she gives statement in husband favour what will judge decision? will they just cancel applictaion or they can give order to stay with me?

it is the will and wish of your wife to stay with you. even if the court orders, she may refuse to stay with you and even if the court do not order, she can stay with you on her own will and accord.

i agree with Adv Rajiv adding that you can file a Restitution of Conjugal Rights petition asking for cohabitation order.
