i want to know legal proceeding in some case. my sister mas married 4 year back.but she is with us since last 2 and half year due to the doury dispute. we had launched the complaint in women cell and they give decission that girl want divorce and she can approach court. but now since almost 1year has passed since women cell given its decission and we were waiting that some one from boy side shall approach for settlement. but till now no progress has been made . mean time the boy has fled to italy . my sister is having a son of age 2+years and she is not getting any financial aid from her laws since the birth of child. i want to know that how we can get divorce now. kindly guide us . i shall be highly thankful

you may file a petition for divorce and serve the copy at his indian and italy address and as the boy may not be present here, the divorce may be granted early. she can also seek maintenance and residence if she wants.
