Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello,

that he is married to a girl whom he dont know. He asked his parents why he did so and they replied we did it for your good. He spoke to his parents, that girl and girls father that he dosen't acceI am writing this on behalf of my friend (male). He was in love with a girl and wanted to marry her. His parents were against this realtionship coz girl is punjabi and guy is orrisa (brahmin) and no other reasons. That guys parents took him to his native palce for some relative's marriage and under some medical influence they did the marriage of this guy with a girl from village (she is gradute and 23 years old and guy is 29 years old). Now, when he got into his senses he realised pt this mariage and will not accept the girl so take her away, also informed that he is in love with a girl and wants to marry her only). They all ignored his words and started living happily as if they have done good. That girl is aware of everyting and wants to stay with that guy even if he is not accepting him.

Q1- Please tell how this marriage can be void.

Q2- If this guy wants to divorce her how he should go abou this (he is living the family but will leave the place in couple of days, as he is frustrate)

Q3- How this guy and his Girl friend can get married can they live togather till the divorce formailities are over?

Q4- How make these people away from life who just wanna stick to the marriage/guy who is not accepting her)

Q5- Divorce procedure will take how much time and how to go about this.

Q6- What leagal action can be taken on the girl friend and guy if they live togather even if the divorce is not done?

Q7- Please suggest what can be done in this senario as this guy and his GF are very much in love and wanna do anyting to make thier marriage leagl soon.
