and its question of anticipatory bail approval,
it is advisable to take that cunning wife back?
who stills having intensions to destroy my parents and my life.

no one can compel you to stay with your wife.
if you have any kid then i may suggest to consider the option of living with her for the sake of the child however if there is no child then don't take her back to your home, more so when you are suspecting that she will wreak havoc on your family.
sad but its true that such women are misusing law and the justice is getting fucked openly. I feel that the reason of breaking homes is the poor judicial system. I think this is sufficient for you and for more details consult your lawyer with documents.
