Your case for divorce is too premature. you will have to wait for atleast 2 yrs for ground of desertion.

Re: legal note further action

The facts given by you are not complete for an appropriate opinion to protect you from the rigours of 498-A or DVA which may be resorted by your wife against your and your family. Therefore, please write all the details starting from the date you met your wife onwards in chronological order to enable us to find a suitable 'way out' for you.

You should also provide all the specific instances with dates and places where behaviour of your wife was 'abnormal' or 'cruel' towards you or your family.

One solitary incident may not be sufficient to reach a conclusion of 'wrong behaviour' against your wife; because one incident could possibly be counter-productive also.

You will need to establish that your wife's living in the matrimonial home is injurious or dangerous to your normal living/well-being.

We will make an objective assessment after full facts are available.
