Legal Question in Family Law in India
sir i have filed a dvc against my in laws . can my husband apply a case against me if he want .please tell me when he can file counter against me i.e. in how many days still first hearing also not yet taken place in my case .my question is husband can file case against me after first hearing is over or there is time to apply counter pls tell me .

What kind of case you are expecting from your husband against you.? Hearing of DVC case does not that long .
