Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir ,

my wife left me and had been staying with her mother since eight months . she complaints that she is verbally abused by her inlaws .she always listen her moms advice .can she able to file a divorce. i dont want divorce.pls suggest what to do and what they will do after 11monts of separation.pls suggest what i should do ? thanks

you can file restitution of conjugal rights to bring her back by issuing a legal notice thru an advocate

You should visit your wife and her parents. Avoid litigation or any legal recourse. Do not try to persuade her to join you immediately. Spend quality time with your child. Keep visiting them and try an amicable solution.
