Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

A company in liquidation has a Arbitration award in its favour. The Arbitration was done n the award was passed in the state of U.P. , however the winding up order was given by the company court in New Delhi. Can i file an execution petition of the award that has been passed in the company court which has ordered liquidation. Any supporting citation which supports the same would be appreciated.

Execution can be filed where the property is situated irrespective of the Arbitration proceedings.

If the company is in liquidation, you may file your claim with the Official Liquidator.
