Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Dear Sir,
I have a concern about my grand fathers assets, my grand father had 2 childern 1 boy 1 girl, I am son of the girl, I am Hindu.
boy having = 1 boy 1 girl
girl having = 2boy 1 girl
My grand fathers having 7ground of land in chennai, but my grand fathers written all the property to my uncle on 1997 onwards,but my mother got 50thousands and my mother signed (i dont want any asset) during the land registration to my uncle. My grand father got expired on 2002, After that my mother got expired on 2007.
Any possible to get the share of the property.
Please help us, We are middle and poor family..

No you cannot claim any thing now from your uncle.
