Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

my father had bought some ancestral property which belonged to him and his brother.we are two brothers and a sister. My father expired in 2006.i had constructed a house for my parents.my younger as and his family was staying in that house with my father.few days back my brother showed me a sale deed which stated that my dates had sold half of his property to my younger brother just four days before his death.the registration was done in my brothers wife's name.me and my sister were not aware of any such deed .when i checked the document i found that my father has put his thumb impression only on the first sheet and nowhere else.my father is literate and knows how to sign.in other older documents he has put both signature and impression.they have even mentioned that he was in good health during the registration but during that time he was sick critically as he expired after four days from the date of registration. Can i Chalange the validity of the deed
