hellow sir. 1blackmailer coupul get sign of my real brother on one so calld saledeed in name of that lady .by force .threat to kill.some nacked photo wd that lady & her so calld husbend.

1= fraud no.1-one lady name is shalini& salu. but in sale deed she accept her as =ranjana upadhyay &salini.

2= fraud no.2. ... her hubend name is amit bansal but write and accept as w/o amiya upadhyay as seller name.

3= fraud no.3 .on sell deed identity no. of seller swifes ration card no. where record name is reena. not shalini ,not ranjana.

4= selldees paper by ranjana upadhyay w/o anjiya sankar not shalini. B=sell deed paper by adress secter 6 rohini.but write on sell deed sector 5 rohini. where purcheser never lived any singal day.

5= sell deed register without any concidretion.

6. they show exuted date 5 day before registard date of sell deed.

can u tell us .its perfect point to cancell this sell ded on this ground. can u advice us.. it will be greatfull .amar upadhyay delhi

this cannot be done without seeing all the papers. in addition to criminal case for fraud, cheating etc you will to file for cancellation of sale deed or declaration of sale deed as null and void

you can file a suit for declaration of ownership and possession and cancellation of sale deed executed on fraudulent grounds and you also can approach the criminal court for seeking directions to lodge an f.i.r. u/s 420,468.471 of Indian Penal Code.
