LAC case

some portion acquired, award passed. later some portion denotified. one of the ownwer of the land claims that his portion of land now falls in area denotoified. but the govt. an application for demarcation also pending before concerned SDM. SDM concerned ordered status quo till the demarcation proceedings are over. meanwhile the govt. agency took possession of the land forcibly. later the demarcation report prepared after conducting demarcation proceedings by revenue officials of concerned deptt.'s shows that the applicants land is the land denotified. on further representation of the applicant the LAC sent the demarcation report and application regarding the reinstatement of the possession of the applicant. till date not considered even after three four years. a civil suit also pending but going in its usual way, i.e. slowly. the compensation if any has not been till date taken by the applicant. please advise.

The landowner may consider approaching the High Court for appropriate relief.
