indian trade mark act 1999

if any person has registered certificate of his brand name,use any other words & logo illegal way without authorisation of trade mark registry,then what is the procedure to cancel the certificate ?

your question is not very clear but i think as your very short description that you can file commence the rectification proceedings u/s 124 of TM act 99 & u can also file the civil suit for permanent injunction.

Make complaint to ristrar,police and can also file case againt the person in court by way of injunction/Writ and can also claim damages etc.

Your question is not clear. If a person having a Regd,trade mark or Logo finds that any other person using the same unauthorisedly can file his objection to the Registrar about infringement of his regd.tm or logo thro' a Regd.TM Agent/ Attorney.
