I have a property in ambala. I have taken advance money ( बयाना ) to sale that. . According to the contract if i refuse to sale property i will give double of advance money if buyer refuse to buy it i wont give his money back..

Now mind has changed and i don't want to sale it . I'm ready to give the double of advance money as per contract. But they ( buyer ) is forcing me to sale it else he will over lock my property or break my locks.

I'm residing in Delhi.and property is in ambala . Pls suggest how can i save my property.

One should always honour one's word.

As it stands, you do not wish to sell the property, so you must return the amount due.

Do not let yourself be forced to do otherwise. If he threatens you, go to the Police.

you may send a legal notice to the proposed buyer and offer to pay double the bayana and also move an application before the magistrate of his alleged threat of violence.
