Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear sir/madam
i was a lecturer in an engineering college.
on 14-june-2012 they terminated me and now they are refusing me to give the salary of the notice period.
also they blamed me and hurt my dignity in front of college.
so i need some assistance from you.
kindly do the needful.
