Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello,I'm in trouble.I joining a start up call center on 21st

Jan., 2013.They gave me only a one page job offer letter, with

no mentioning about the notice period. But as per the language

used, it seems that probation is of 3 months.Today is 7th

April, 2013.We got to know in March that owner,Mr. Jayanta

Roy, is a fraud and had duped people of 5 crore rupees in

Ahmedabad. And he is repeating the same crime here.He isn't

ready to pay us at all.Just keeps on giving date after

dates. And once in a month shells out 3000 Rs only, which is

hardly a fraction of my salary.I got to know that as per Basic

Conditions of Employability Act 75 of 1997,Section 37, if

employment duration is not more than 6 months, one week notice

period is more than enough.I'm really very desperate to

resign, get my due settlements and get lost from this

company.Could I resign tomorrow itself, and demand my due

settlements?

Please guide me further.Any valid suggestions would be utmost

appreciated
