Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi, I joined a medical transcription company. at the time of joining i signed an agreement that I will work for 2 years. they kept all my originals as security deposit. after the end of the contract i resigned. Gave one month notice to them as stipulated in the contract and resigned. After resignation i took all my PF amount and left the company. Later after one and half years gap I rejoined the company. they didn't ask me to sign any new bond or gave me any appointment order, and even didn't ask me to give joining report. They simply allotted me work and went on doing the work. after four months i quit the job communicating my decision orally. they blocked my salary for the last month saying I have to give one month notice in writing. they are refusing to give salary for that last month citing the above reason. can i take up this case to court? what are my odds in doing so...pl advice.
