Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My previous company was not paying my salary on time and due to that I resigned as per company contract and I joined another company.
My previous companies head office is in Mumbai and I was working in Hyderabad.
I asked my previous company to clear my outstanding salaries but they are not willing to pay me the salary and its 2years over now.
Please advice how I can take the legal support.
